Detailed project\u2019s goals:-development of cooperation between entities providing education for people with special needs<\/p>\n<p>2. in terms of improving the quality and effectiveness of activities aimed at long-term problem solving;-strengthening the competences of career counsellors\u2019 supporting people with special needs<span style=\"background-color: initial; font-size: 1em;\"><br><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-size: 1em;\">3. reinforcement of the competences of career counsellors supporting people with special\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-size: 1em;\">needs; -increase of access level to free career counselling for people with special needs in\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-size: 1em;\">the Lublin<\/span><\/p>\n<p>4. voivodeship -development of exchange of knowoledge and experience with EOG countries in the range of creating multilateral agreements in the interest of sustainable social development The aims directly lead to the main aim accomplishment of the Programme Europe.Thanks to the achievement solutions enabling the development of cooperation of entities conducting education for people with special needs (NEETs) will be formulated, reinforcement of potential of entities and career councellors conducting education for NEETs, access level increase to free career counselling, promotion of the best practises in the range of career counselling for NEETs. Innovative character is based on involving activities and formulating permanent solutions enhancing the quality of career counselling in Poland. Furthermore, thanks to the project accomplishment it will be possible to build longlasting cooperation between LOS and Einurd. Experience and implemented schemes of comportance will result favourably for future in activities implemented commonly and separately by the Partner and the Applicant.<br>Participants:<br>\u2022 direct ones: career counsellors working with NEETs, career and school counsellors, institutions supporting NEETs (NGOs, employment services, etc.)<br>\u2022 indirect ones: NEETs (from disadvantaged backgrounds, with breaks in education and with<br>difficult access to education) from the Lublin Voivodeship<\/p>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text -->        <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n<!--\/themify_builder_content-->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
