Implementation of the project On May 21, 2022, the EINURD LTD project partner organized a 4-day study visit to Iceland (Reykjawik) for 10 experts (career advisors) from the Lublin Self- Help Center, the aim of which was to learn about good Icelandic practices, learn about career advisors working with NEETs and the Icelandic vocational guidance system. The organizer was Einurd in cooperation with Hringsja and Fjolsmidjan. During the 2-day meetings, counseling sessions, methodological workshops and visits to the centers were conducted. On May 19, 2022, participants and partners were introduced to the assumptions of the study visit. An overview of the education and career guidance system in Iceland. Presentation of the best practices of NEETs in Iceland. A visit to Fjosmidjan was organize (the assumptions of career counseling and practical training of NEETs were presented). On the second day, May 20, 2022 participants were introduced to the Hrinsja system (model of vocational education and training, social work). There were workshops in the form of group exercises and discussions. The group of experts met periodically, ie once a month in the beneficiary’s office at ul. Grodzka 14 in Lublin on June 15, 2022, July 21, 2022, August 25, 2022, and September 16, 2022, as a result of which work was undertaken to analyze the national and regional context of introducing solutions based on Icelandic experience in Poland.
